IMPROV for TEENS
(No Experience Necessary)
February/March Session
Begins Saturday, February 21st

Improvisation skills and techniques are broken down into basic concepts and made accessible through games and exercises which are fun, funny and a really good time. Whether you have ever been on a stage or not, or even ever want to be, the core concepts behind improvisation will increase confidence, build a sense of control, improve communication skills, and enhance self-awareness in all areas of life. And, best of all, improv is pretty darn fun.

Classes will be instructed by professional actors and directors, will operate in an enjoyable, collaborative environment and will be a safe place for all to stretch, exercise and grow.
IMPROV for TEENS is an opportunity to get professional level training in an informal and fun format. Classes are designed to adapt to the mix of students by allowing individuals to advance at their own pace.

A fun exploration of Improvisational comedy covering the basics through learning and playing a variety of Improv Games.​
IMPROV GAMES will benefit the beginner as an easy and enjoyable introduction to improvisational performance.
It will also benefit more experienced students in that the instructors will break down the games and analyze the purpose and effects of each activity with the students, broadening their confidence on stage with a better understanding of the structure of a scene.
Classes will be instructed by professional actors and directors, will operate in an enjoyable, collaborative environment and will be a safe place for all to stretch, exercise and grow at their own pace.

Find your voice as an actor, or sharpen your skills in this 5 week breakdown of the art of acting. Starting with basics and continuing through to modern methods and theory, This course provides a foundational exploration into the craft of acting by simplifying techniques down to the roots and then moving these concepts through a variety of styles and techniques. Beginners are welcome but experienced actors will value the opportunity to assess and strengthen skills. Students will achieve a fundamental base of acting techniques and skills through a blend of exercises, discussions, and performance opportunities.

Performing is fun, and taking a performance class is no exception. Many of our students enroll for the sheer enjoyment,
but, there are also many real-life opportunities out there if you know where to look. Not only do we here at Monster Box
prefer to cast and work with actors that have trained with us, but, no matter where you go, nothing shows off the work
that we do in our Training Center better than your success. We are proud of our track record, and even more proud of our
past students, so many of which are working all over the country and have made this their career. So, if performing is
